This seems like an unprofessional real estate company, 1 house listing?? A testimonial appears to be was written by a current employee? If you want choices of various properties & houses listed, seek out a larger real estate companies with options.
This guy seems to have one house currently on the market. If you are trying to buy property in the Hudson Valley, go to a larger company with reputable service and larger sales record.
