Dan is the founder of Fidelity. He is as a NYS Real Estate Broker with over 7 years' experience in downtown Newburgh, and is passionate about its restoration. He attended Pace University's Lubin School of Business to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship. As a Realtor, he abides by a strict, industry standard ethics pledge.

Rented an apt with this property for 2 years. Moved out did everything according to my lease. When it was time to get my security deposit back they excessively charged items against my security deposit. When I tried to speak to someone in management to get an explanation and detailed breakdown. They then proceeded to block my #. Save yourself the headache and don’t rent from these people
Spoke with Dan and the issues was resolved and hashed out amicably with an agreement that miscommunication from both parties was the main factor of the issues.

They made so many promises about the things they were going to fix. after 10 months of Multiple ceiling leaks (the worst one they didn't even assess for 10 days), mice, rats, ants, termites... rats tunneling through the walls. Dangerous rat infested basement should you need the breaker box... Then they have the nerve to keep my deposit! The landlord is culpable as well, but this management company are con artists, liars, incompetent when they do show up, and absolute thieves. They seem really nice, don't fall for it!

Fidelity provides an honest personalized experience for me. They have been managing my properties for several years at this point. They feel like family to me. After meeting with them last year, and now working with the Fidelity team for a few months to list/rent/manage one of my properties - I would highly recommend them.
