Based in San Francisco, we are a team of Recruiters, Account Managers, Operations Managers, Sales Development Representatives and overall "ass-kickers"! We believe in "rolling up our sleeves", "doing our work", serving our clients, and getting our searches completed in a fast and targeted way. InFlux Partners has a track record of successfully serving both venture-backed and multi-billion dollar public (IPO) companies. InFlux Partners search process includes locating candidates at the "deeper layers"; those who are not necessarily "looking" for a new role. We meet candidates in person (when possible), and develop a 1-1 relationship with them, enabling us to better assess their cultural fit and team chemistry.
