The owners of Insure - Spencer & Mike are both wonderful to work with. They helped us with every step of our whole home remodel. They were great in proving us plenty of choices for our flooring and tile. We wanted to remove all our carpet and replace with LVT. Mike and Spencer worked day and night to complete our whole house. We also hired them to completely gut our master and 2nd bathroom. I cant say enough about how much I love our new walk in master bath. I will definitely recommend Insure to all my family and friends.

Really loved working with these guys -- courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, and exceptionally skilled. They took the time to explain what they were doing as well as outline cost-saving and time-saving options, and even handled a couple of unrelated "odd jobs" elsewhere in our house at no cost. We appreciated their responsiveness/timely follow-up, the way they constantly cleaned up after themselves, and that each day the crew arrived and finished when they said they would. Insure Fire & Water Restoration did an exceptional job with the mold remediation and reconstruction of my house. They handled all details, such as scheduling of the subcontractors and my time with professionalism and empathy to the situation. They kept me well informed of every detail of the process, which minimized the impact to me and helped to ease the stress of this enormous project. This company is very shady. I had water damage caused by a refrigerator leak. They came and placed fans - but did not remove the damaged flooring. They told me they could wait to do it until they started the repair. When I questioned them about possible mold - their response was that they would take care of any problems. This did cause some mold in my house. They lied to my insurance and told the insurance that I told them not to remove the flooring. They told me that when they removed my granite - that it would most likely break and that I needed to get new granite. They ordered the granite -
