I called because I had concerns about a powdery substance that seemed to be growing on the rocks in the crawl space. Instead of just scheduling an appointment, I was asked questions about the substance to make sure that a visit from him was necessary. (I'm sorry I have forgotten the name of the man I spoke to.) He decided that he was pretty sure this was not mold, so told me how to handle my situation to rule mold out. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the advice he gave me.

Found some mold growing on window sills in my unfinished basement. Put in an online request and received a phone call in less than 24hrs.
