We had a chance to work with Inez Austin to find a house close to our preferred area and school district during the height of bidding war and very limited inventory. We got really frustrated because it was very difficult to find a home in that kind of environment (with limited budget) before the school starts. Thankfully we have Inez on our side who guided us throughout the ups and downs until we finally closed on a property very close to our preferred school district (3 weeks before the school starts).
