Great experience with Peacock Realty team both selling & buying!! Helped with renovations & staging, completing sellers documents & were very patient with us when we took then all over north GA looking for our perfect retirement home even when we’re not really sure what we wanted. My wife and I just recently closed on a home through Peacock. They made the whole process so easy and were so helpful along the way. Morgan and Debbie helped my wife and I to purchase a home in Smyrna when the realtor we were working with happened to be out of town when a house that appeared to meet most of our “wants” came on the market. We were moving to the area and flew in to give the property we were interested in a thorough look.
