We had the most fantastic experience at Thompson Lane Auto Service today. We are traveling from Ohio to Texas and our car broke down in Nashville and we were stranded. We limped the car into a hotel Monday night and I did a Google search for "auto repair service near me." I was impressed with Thompson Lane's positive reviews, so I called them this morning. We were told they would look at it immediately and fix it and get us on the road today. We called AAA to tow it there and every mechanic at Thompson Lane Auto Service was friendly, sympathetic and skilled. The car went right from the tow truck

I came my brakes had been broke and a hose was broke from me avoiding an accident yesterday while it was snowing I came and they put my car on the rack right then and there and told me it would be 180 I only had 130 and my the grace off God my mama fwm and gave me a deal and an hour later my car was fixed thank you guys for your great service

I took my car in a month ago they said they fixed the problem with the 3 hours. So I knew something was wrong and someone's up a month later my car is back broke down so I tell them and they want to charge me for towing and the labor and the part saying it's a different problem when I know it's the same problem they're no good they're crooks

We had car trouble right outside Nashville and AAA did a great job locating this shop for us. The employees at Thompson Lane did an awesome job repairing our vehicle and getting us back on the road home. Not only are they quality mechanics, they are honest, fair, and friendly. These guys are AMAZING!!! I hit something in the freeway this morning around 5:00am & called around for a mechanic. Everyone was booed for at least 2 weeks minimum. Guy with AAA that picked me up referred me here. I called around 12-12:30 & he said come in. When I got here I quickly realized a few years ago this was the same place I came to for a tire, which lasted forever might I add. I have 2 flat tires and my oil pan was destroyed. They went to get the part, put it on, replaced my tires and did all of this before rush hour traffic!!!! AWESOME SERVICE! Oh and it’s a gas station too so there’s

AAA dropped my car off there and I went to get it and they charge me $120 just to remove it from their lot on my own. Do not ever give these people any business. You will be sorry not a good company. I traveled from Florida to Tennessee 900 Miles....2 days later car broke down.....I had no one I knew in Tennessee at all call triple a ...they took me there......great work ......work was done in one day as promised in the morning ....I told them I really was tight on money and they cut me a break. m. nice people and I will take my car back to them now I need a tube up

The employees located at this location were amazing! Being out of town with a sick parent, you never want anything to happen to your vehicle or even in general. They made the experience less painful and fast as they could. We were able to sit down in a comfortable area, watch TV, buy Snacks or drinks if needed too. It's a work shop/gas station combo. I really do appreciate these guys! We got back on the road and to our next destination. Thank you! I definitely would recommend them!

AAA took my car here after getting a flat tire. They changed all 4 for me and was real nice about it. I'm driving from California to Maine and everything I own is in my car so I needed to get new tires anyways. Super nice people and very talkative which I loved!! If I lived in Nashville I would come here for all my car needs!

Took my truck here a couple months ago to have the brakes and rotors changed, cost about $200. they seemed fine at first but now seem like theyre going out again. skidding when i brake abruptly and actually rather scary in the rain! giving 1 star based on the inconvenience of having to bring my truck back after the work was done, and also because the mechanic with curly hair was rude and condescending to my girlfriend and i. very doubful i'll be returning

Do not. I repeat, DO NOT! Take your car here for auto repairs. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I came here to get my brakes changed because it's close to my house. They changed the brakes and ended up having to change my roters and change my oil as well.. Which I was okay with. I drove my car for a few days and realized that the brakes seemed a bit 'loose' (aka they didn't bleed them)
