Can't recommend these guys enough, got in a tight spot and needed some work done on my 4Runner and they did it fast. Super reasonable estimate on work hours and affordable parts. They also got my alignment the tightest I've ever seen it, car drives great.

Look, these guys aren't going to win your business on appearances. Cinder block building, decades of use, etc. Where they will win your business is in honesty and hard work.
Won't take my vehicle anywhere else in Nashville.
Had a squeaking noise in my brakes. Right rear. Took to one shop and they said pads are fine, likely just a groove in the rotor. Ignore it, it will "go away".
Fast forward three months and I'm slowly going insane with the noise. Took it to J&E to get fixed. Forgot my lugnut key. They waited while I drove home and got it. Put me right up on

I've only had good experiences. They seem genuine. I've had two vehicles in for two or three different repairs. They called me when/as things developed and kept me informed about time and cost. They have an overnight drop. Once I took a blazer in for repair and asked them to change the fuel filter while they had it as well because I hadn't been able to get it loose myself. They called and told me the line was completely fused. They suggested that since it wasn't giving me problems I could just leave it rather than replace it and the line attached to it since it was attached to the fuel pump and

I can't recommend these guys enough. I've just moved to the area and had a sudden and urgent car issue - I dropped my car off around 3:45PM and by 4:30 they called to tell me I could pick it up. I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge, but they were honest and great to work with, and they didn't try to upsell me on products or repairs. Thank you guys!

I pass this shop everyday so I thought I would call for a quote. I received a very rude reception on the phone I had to repeat my reason for calling twice, I wanted the labor costs for installing a/c compressor, which I already have. He ask if I have the orifice tube, and dryer. I said No, his response was no I'm not gonna monkey around with that I said ok and hung up. Terrible customer service!

So admittedly, I'm no car expert. So when I noticed a thud sound every time my car hit a bump and my car not driving as smoothly, my mind went to the worst case scenario. I called and was told I could I could drop the car whenever. Dropped the car off on the way to work, and got a call at 10 that it was just a tire issue. Had my car ready to go by 3:30. Very reasonably priced, walked out with a new tire and 4 wheel alignment for about $200. Will definitely go back whenever my car needs any work done.

Easily one of the best shops I've ever been to. That might sound hyperbolic, but you be the judge based off of my anecdote below:
I went to Firestone to assess a problem I was having with my care shuddering a bit on the freeway. After re-balancing, they told me I also had a broken rear sway bar and my rear struts needed to be replaced. They quoted me just north of $1,100.00. Naturally, I decided to take my car for a second opinion. The shop I normally go doesn't deal with these types of issues, so they recommended I go to J & E. After a few hours, they called me to let me know neither of the problems

Gerry and the folks at J&E are wonderful to work with. They are honest and upfront about the necessity and timeline for repairs, reasonable with their pricing, and demonstrate great customer service (e-mail reminders for service, oil changes, etc.) I couldn't recommend them more highly. They make car problems a lot less daunting, especially for a gal like me that knows nothing about cars. They have always quoted me MUCH better prices than the "other guy," and I'm grateful to have someone I can trust in this town.
