It's okay I already got an attorney to do legal paperwork to take you to court. And it wasn't soil it was a spray tat was used to clean the mattress because you promised delivery a certain day and then after I paid the mattress the day for delivery came up and u said your driver was not available. So I had to borrow a truck and my friend came to help me move the mattress to my home. Since we had to put the mattress in the back of the truck my gf and I decided to use a spray to clean it and it stained the mattress!

Update ... less than 4 years later unfortunately our mattress has turned out to be somewhat of a lemon. The thing is just WAY too heavy, and we suspect that the springs inside have somehow malfunctioned. We notice a slump in the bed now toward one side and I wake up with intense hip pain on a daily basis. For spending more than 3k on a bed we really thought we were investing in a bed that would last us a long time. It is really unfortunate we were so thrilled at first and really did like the experience we had with the locally owned company.

We originally weren't planning to purchase an adjustable bed, but when my husband's back is bothering him, this feature is a great help. It's wonderful too that with our adjustable split king we can set the features to our individual preferences.
Tom and Scott could not have been more helpful in showing us the different firmnesses and what would suit us best. We knew the features we would enjoy, but were pleased to discover we would come to love those we thought we wouldn't care about that much. As we're getting older the bed we enjoy so much will become even more appreciated

Rip off! I came to this place looking for a good quality mattress. I spent over 3,000 on a pillow top princess mattress, a month later it began to cave in the middle to the point where I could feel the springs. It took them over 3 months for the warranty company to go only to say that they will not cover it due to some dirt stains, and hair on the mattress. Buy here if you want to get ripped off. There are other places to go look. Alex deceived me with the purchase and the guy steve just doesn’t care about your issues. I will be seeing them in court!

Newport Bedding is a great place to purchase a bed or adjustable bed. When I came in to buy an adjustable base Alex was super knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, after a few days the adjustable base was defective. After contacting the manufacturer for a replacement, Alex delivered and installed the new unit himself to make sure that I was happy. Talk about exceptional service!

Great service! Steve and Alex went above and beyond to help us with our need. Very friendly and warm but not pushy, making it a really pleasant shopping experience. Delivery was smooth and on time. Went in with the expectation that it was going to take me forever to find a mattress. Tom was fantastic, very helpful, and we found my bed in minutes! I told him my price range, my sleeping issues and what I was hoping for. We tried a few different mattresses, and only one was out of the price range. When I liked it, but was hesitant on the price, he found a model that worked within my price range. Excellent experience, highly recommended!

I was referred to them from a friend and it was a GREAT recommendation. Wonderful service and a great product. I purchased 5 beds from them. I was in from out of town and they worked with me to get them made and delivered quickly. When I had to change from a King to a Queen, then back to a King... They were so great. Alex was patient and understanding and made a special delivery to get me the exact mattress I needed. I would not have gotten that customer service from an ordinary mattress store. We tried many mattress stores, but Newport Bedding had by far the best customer service. Alex was very attentive and patient. Once we agreed on the mattress, the transaction went very smoothly. We asked for a custom additional layer to be put in. The mattress was delivered as promised, it even had our name on it. Very much appreciated, and we are happy to support a local manufacturer.

Beware of Newport Bedding's "warranty"--if your mattress has an issue, which ours did, you have to pay for shipping to and from their factory for them to fix it under warranty, which costs about $250 each way. Almost a year ago, I purchased a $2,000 queen mattress. It started to sag in the middle only a few months after purchasing. When I contacted the store, they never got back with me because I was too far away for them--I was no longer in Orange County and had moved to a nearby county.

It's good to know that a family owned business like this still exists. Every aspect of their service is excellent. Dana in the showroom is extremely knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. The company is up to date on more environmentally friendly products used in mattresses. They custom make their mattresses to your specifications. The quality is amazing. And the price is fair. Alex just delivered the mattress I ordered, and what a great representative he is for Newport Bedding. Alex was friendly, on-time, and he defines the term "white glove service."

Alex was very helpful in educating my wife and I on the different types of mattresses out there. He was very helpful in showing up how each one felt and the benefits and drawbacks of each type of mattress. After spending about an hour or so trying to figure out the best mattress, we finally found the one we wanted. It turned out to be one of their custom made mattresses made in-house. We are glad to have stopped by Newport Bedding.

Had to special order a mattress for an antique bed.. Looked and looked for a mattress company that did special orders and Newport Bedding is the only company in town that does. I will have to say that I was extremely pleased with the customer service that Tom and Alex gave me; they were wonderful, wonderful. Aside from the great customer service, the quality of their product is top-knotch! I am so pleased with the mattress they custom-built for my bed. Ok, I went into Newport Bedding today, because my daughter has a bed that was made by them 4 years ago. This bed that she has, was brand new and came with our new home that we bought....left by the previous owners. Soooooo, I took a pic of the label on my daughters mattress and went to NB. Now, mind you, my husband and I already bought a new mattress less than two years ago and is just KILLING our backs!
