Straggler is a bikepacking-inspired road/gravel bike mostly at home on pavement but ready for trail duty when called. Born on Gravel. Raised on Pavement Straggler is tuned for cross-over exploration on a wide variety of terrain conditions. It's a day-tripper and a weekender. It's a "rough road" road bike, a cyclocross bike with no pretense about racing, a utilitarian townie, a light-duty touring bike and an all-weather commuter.
The all-new Chisel has been purpose-built to tackle modern cross country trails and race courses with the utmost speed. Direct mount chainrings provide significant weight savings over a standard spider and chainring combination.

I tried going to get a bike there today and the parking lot was full. I was really excited to go there and get a bike but i couldn’t do that. I think that you should be more considerate because you and your store ruined my day and my whole life. It’s not fair that i can’t get a bike yet there’s all these other people here who already have bikes strapped onto their car. I think you should close down your store because you really let me down. All day i was excited and ready to go bike riding but now i can’t even do that

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Cardinal was so poor that I felt the need to warn others. Brought my road bike in for the Greenway tuneup package ($65) and picked it up a day later with a shocking $400 bill. The maintenance done to the bike included several items I never asked for or was made aware of. When I asked the sales associate about these additional charges, they stated they just assumed I wanted them and that they could be taken off the bike if I wanted to wait while they fixed additional repairs. Not wanting to waste time standing around for hours, I just got out of there

I had some work done on my bike there, and they got it done on time even though the pandemic has the busier than one-armed paper-hangers. They also brought it in under estimate and gave me some great advice on how to perform some maintenance. Always great, friendly service and very reasonable prices.

Bought a carbon frame from China, and a bunch of other well known parts, Hope, Sram, and so on.
Cardinal put it all together for me. Even custom fabricated a headset when my china frame turn out to be an odd size.
Custom hand build wheels came out amazing.
All and all these guys know how to put a bike together. Even if it's not sold from their sales floor.
I was astatic with the service provided.

These guys at cardinal bicycle are outstanding I bought a giant mountain bike from them they make sure I had the right size what exactly what I needed I was so please with the purchased went back to two months later about a bike for my son and purchased a bike for my son. I would recommend this bikes shop anybody probably the best bike shop and in Roanoke of all employees do everything they can to help you they make sure you get the right bike in the right size. Needless to say I bought two bikes from them in two months and will probably go back and get a road bike soon. I would never consider

Good selection of low to mid-range bikes for mountain, and a better selection for road. What they were lacking was the higher end. I like specialized, but all I saw were hard rocks and rockhoppers. No stump jumpers or epics to look at. This isn't a fault, just seems they are focusing on a certain price point. If Roanoke had no other shops, I would fault them, but they seem to know who they are pricing for.

The young man who helped us out was kind, knowledgeable and if everybody at Cardinal understood his level of customer service, there would be no question that from now on I would go to Cardinal for my future biking purchases. Not only did we purchase my new bike from him, but also picked up a Giant tricycle for my god daughter. Needless to say, money was spent.
Unfortunately, the rest of the employees do not measure up. I was having work done
