This is a great place for your love ones, they provide an excellent care for their patients and put a smile on their faces. It makes me happy to see my loved one enjoying the company of the friendly staff, when I’m not around. Highly recommend. Excellent and friendly customer service.

After suffering a major stroke, and a month in the hospital I moved my father to San Rafael Healthcare & Wellness Center. The care he receives there has exceeded my expectations! The facility is always clean, and they care for their patients with respect and dignity. The support staff, therapists, nurses and everyone there is helpful and a joy for my father in his time of need.

I think one of the most important things to a Healthcare & Wellness Centre is cleanliness as your family will be spending a lot of time here. I believe this building in San Rafael does just that! The other positive aspect to this building is the Administrator is fluent in Spanish too, so it allows others who might be worried about english to feel comfortable and welcomed.

The acceptance at San Rafael's Health & Wellness Centre should be a statement to show that they are committed to excellent care and service to their patients. My husband’s mother has been needing assistance for awhile and we live in Rocklin, but we have not felt okay with the nursing homes around us. Fortunately, his family is from this surrounding area and we figured she would be around more people to visit her and I believe the direction in which this company prioritize’s care ultimately ensured we chose San Rafael. Please don’t make me regret my decision as this is a huge decision for any family to make haha.

My first week working in Dietary, I liked the teamwork of the nurses during the annual recertification survey.

I'm not one to write many reviews online as I feel like they may be biased in some sort of way, but I felt this building deserved a reflection. I gained a positive experience by visting this building in the last month, and after viewing many other options, my family wants to ensure we are in the best hands. I promise y'all.... I usually don't like much...but this place is on a higher level than most places my family has experienced. Plus it don't smell awful like the usual hospital smell I cannot stand.....I know y'all know what I am talking about.

Understaffed AND ABSOLUTELY horrible service. Your loved ones will wait 10 minutes or more just to be checked when their call lights are on. Most of the staff will disappear all at once leaving halls unattended. Better off looking for another facility. If you really care about your loved one you will not send them here.
