Critical: Quality
The motor went on my washing machine. After they replaced the motor the machine ran louder than it ever had. Now less than 4 months later my machine started smoking...bad. I paid $309.81 and they tell me it's no longer under Warranty. Obviously overcharged for a refurbished part. Horrible customer service.

I called them up they could've came the same day but I had them come the next. Shawn was our tech. Nice friendly guy, had us up and running again in less than an hour :-) Thanks again.
After a little investigating, I had to change my review. Like I said the service tech guy was great but the cost of $344 for less than an hours work, ($40 part) I really felt gouged. Unfortunately, I will not refer that company to anyone, much less use them ourselves.
