I used drive thru car wash 8/22/20 around 6:30pm & bought the "best" $14 option & my car was still a mess! It still has bug guts all over the front & windshield. Hell I still had actual bugs in the grill! Also which ever part is the pink stuff, it was only applied to the psg side of my car! Not at all impressed when I can pay $12 at Dixie car wash in Hutchinson & leave with my tires shining! I took pics too as soon as I pulled out after the weak blow dry with date & time! Sorry, not trying to be rude but I'm a hard working struggling single mom & I don't have money or time to waste

My car has a check engine light come on so I thought I would call the garage to have them look at it I explained that I had an extended warranty and ask if there was anything that I needed to bring the person that I spoke with said no that they had work with the extended warranty company several times the next day when I brought it in for my schedule the appointment The lady that was working the desk was very rude to me and told me that they she'd had to have the documentation from the warrantee and the number to call the warranty company she was very rude to me and condescending at that time
