We lived in a rental managed by Alger for about 16 months, and we have no complaints about them whatsoever. When we had maintenance things to be fixed, they were quick about getting it handled for us. The move out cleaning fees were perfectly reasonable, and they gave us the majority of our deposit back. Thank you to everyone at Alger Property Management for your professionalism.
