The staff was very friendly. The owner Marlene is very easy to talk with. I was able to take my time with finding a house that met my needs. She walked me through the paperwork. Marlene also worked with my financial institution when issues occurred.

I have spent the last two years renting a house under the management of Realty Station. Notwithstanding the beautiful house, amazing owners, and delightful neighborhood, the management and certain personnel of Reality Station made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I would absolutely advise against a homeowner or perspective tenant to deal with Reality Station. To the homeowners in need of property managers: this company will do the absolute minimum in looking after your house. I own a rental house of my own and I would never entrust my house to Realty

Purchased the house I was renting through Realty. It's been two weeks and I've emailed them multiple times requesting the remainder of my deposit and prorated rent to be calculated accurately. They're currently charging me 4 days of rent AFTER we closed. I've sent multiple emails to 4 different staff members, still have yet to hear back from anyone. Their communication has been absolutely terrible.
I'm quite skeptical of the 5 star reviews, we always paid rent on time but were lied to verbally repeatedly, management never once took our side on things and instead became defensive.

Eileen is wonderful to work with. She cares about the rental and is professional. She answers at all hours of the day, seven days a week. No problem is too big. She is honest and keeps tenants and owners in the loop. I can't thank her enough.

My wife and I were with Realty Station for over three years. A nice little duplex for our first home after getting married and when we had children they helped us find a great affordable bigger home and made the process seemless. They even transferred our deposit!! Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I have found that Marlene and her team are very well educated to best assist their clients and create a great experience for their residents. Honestly I’ve seen many property management’s put themselves first above their tenants, however Realty Station is just not the same. They pride themselves on having a personal relationship with their tenants and really taking care of them to the best of their ability. We recommend if you want consistent professional service you choose to work with this company. We would again in a heartbeat!

We were tenants through this company for three years. They are up front and make what is expected known. We have said to them numerous times if we could have this company manage our home in another state we would. They treat it as a business, but do a great job taking care of their owners as well as their tenants. Repairs were always handled quickly and done with quality. I can't speak highly enough about this company. Thank you Marlene and staff for making renting easy for the 3 years we were there.
