Very good and conscientious contractor. We lived in our condo for over a decade, bought a house and needed to rent the condo and totally renovate the basement of our new house. They were very helpful in working with our timeframes to get the condo ready for renters, the house painted prior to move in, and basement completely renovated with new draintile and exterior iron fence repainted. Communication was the most important thing and made this stressful process more manageable for our family and our hectic schedules. Scott, the owner, is the most unprofessional contractor i have ever come across. period!!! he promises quotes and never delivers. and then he drags his feet citing all sorts of cockamanie excuses and then never delivers hanging you high and dry. this contractor is a piece of s**t and avoid him and his scams at all costs.
do not even get near this guy. horrible awful experiece!!!! never again. if i could give him -stars i would!!!!
