Since 2014 I have not received a tax refund. After sending in multiple documents and additional information that the IRS "required" and still would receive nothing in return. After years of this continual result I simply determined that I would never see this money or any in the future if I was ever owed a refund. After meeting Jay he sat down with me and discovered there was a form that needed to be filled out and we sent it in. Amazingly, not only did I receive my refund for 2020 but the IRS actually sent me what I was owed since 2014. Jay is amazing and what a beautiful family. Thank you Regents
