Custom design concepts are sketched after Luis consults with you about your ideas and style. A wax replica of the finished piece is carved to the exact proportions and detail of the drawing. Louis is a down home amazing person and how he tries to personalize every individuals experience is above no others. I have nothing but praise for his expertise and personalization on anything and everything we have stopped in to challenge him with. Professional interaction like no other. My better half just love's her ring and that is what makes me happy. I will admit that the picture does no justice and I will admit I'm far from being a photographer, so I rely on my words other than photography skills. I went into xavius Jewelers today to have the stone in my ring tightened up because it was loose. The counter girl was very nice and sad that we could do that. and it would cost $25. when she went back into the room where they make the jewelry etc that was that have windows in it he looked at it and laughed saying oh nice ring does she know it's not real? and proceeded to show everybody else behind the glass. he asked the woman if she was going to tell me that it wasn't real and her response was of course not it's not my business.

Had a great experience with Luis at Zavius Jewelers last Christmas. I had wanted to get my wife a third band to complete her wedding set. I of course waited until close to December and Luis was able to turn around a matching ring within days for me. The ring looks great and my wife was surprise and happy. I have always been very pleased with our experience at Zavius but not today. My husband took my rings and earrings there to be cleaned and checked because they had not been in over a year due to Covid and they wanted to charge him $50. This is ridiculous! This has always been a courtesy to loyal customers but now $50. I believe the right thing to do would have been to continue the courtesy today and say “in the future...” I am very disappointed in this poor service and would not recommend Zavius for this reason going forward.

We brought a bracelet of my husbands to be repaired. It was explained to us it was past warranty and couldn’t be repaired. We did not expect for them to repair for free but we also did expect to be treated rudely. He made us feel stupid in front of other customers and staff because we asked why it could not be repaired. We usually always try to support local but not this local business again.

I purchased my wife's engangement ring and wedding band here and it was such a pleasant experience. The show room is large and very spacious.l with plenty of selection. The ring I got was a custom design piece and one of a kind. My wife ALWAYS gets complimented on it to point where she only wore it on special occasions because she didn't like all the attention. The prices were fair and the customer service was exceptional. If you want a quailty jewerly piece don't go anywhere else but Zavius.

The rings we purchased from Zavius Jewelers were fantastic, she still gets compliments on it. Word of advice, if you make any sort of deal with them make sure to get it in writing so there is no question about the deal that was made. My boyfriend became my FIANCE a couple weeks ago when he proposed to me with a ring he bought at Zavius. I did not go with him to pick out the ring, nor did I ever tell him what kind of ring I would want. I've always maintained that any man who wants to marry me should be able to independently pick out a ring I'd like.
