I wanted my dads wedding sized to fit my finger. The ring was a size 11. I needed a 15. He had to cut and add some gold and make the same design that was already there. He did an AMAZING F%!KING JOB! I would trust him to do anything to any piece of jewelry in the future. Thank you Sir!

Needed a new crystal for a favorite watch & some stones replaced & tightened in my original wedding ring. I've also purchased a really funky necklace there earlier in the year. Huge, beautiful inventory. It's like going on a field trip going in there!

I visited your establishment with high hopes waited over 10 minutes for a person, finally someone came to assist me with no customer service yet (I felt judgment) I did patronize, there were no prices on any items, spent my coins had to return (tourists) got home and items defective. However Mr. M. Was much better, but now I have to go back to correct. Oh lights would help a great deal

Overcharged me for ring. Agreement was for $399 TOTAL, HE CHARGED ME $24 SIZE. ALSO TOOK ADDED BEADS TO HAVE RESTRUNG. HE NEVER USED AND MY BRSCELET DOESNT FOT. PAID $15 FOR A STUPID QUICK FIX

The owner was really friendly and incredibly helpful! He helped me size my watch and resize my wedding ring. The fee to do so was about $30 and when I had my ring returned, it fit perfectly and it was even polished for me. The location is right next to PJ’s Bar and Tavern so it’s located right in the heart of Sycamore. Next time I have jewelry repair needs, I definitely plan on returning to this location. 👍👍
