The cakes taste so good here. Its been a place we got our cake for several years. The cakes are always good & moist not hard. You can order your cake and pay over the phone. You can place the order soon as you know or about the day before for a simple cake. Of course if you're wanted more of a detailed cake i would order way before. They have single cupcakes you can buy that are delicious also buying selected baking needs is offered such as cake boxes , pans, candles, cake toppers, etc.

I ordered 2 cakes for each of my kids. I called to cancel because we got Covid. The girl who answered talked to the owner Robert (bob) he said it was fine. We went in the next day to get the refund. They told me that they already started to making the cake this morning and can't refund they can only do $50 because of their lack of communication . And even tho bob said it was ok she said bob doesn't know what details go on cakes he doesn't know better. What kind of owner doesn't know anything about cakes. Ordered a birthday cake from here for the 4th time this year. We were regular customers up until 2018 then we stopped coming here until earlier this year. Our experiences this year were awesome, the cakes are always delicious and very well priced!
This time we ordered a cake that feeds 15 people and were charged $75 (Photo of the cake we ordered is attached). I normally order cakes to feed 10 people, last time I ordered a Green Bay cake that fed 15 people and it was $40. We were told it was $15 extra for the white flowers, and pearls on the cake. My family and me have always gotten our birthday cakes or anniversary cake from Lucy’s . For my birthday this was truly the most special one ever since it’s a picture of my favorite band Fleetwood Mac . Such a delicious half chocolate and half vanilla cake with Bavarian cream filling and Thank you to Megan for making the picture come true .

So this is not my first time being here! But this is my first review. My past three times have been great but due to my experience today I won't ever go back and I'm going to make sure my friends do the same! My wife and I picked a cake from the Lucy's catalog, so ce it's in the catalog I expected it to look at least up to the value of the cake price. The cost of the cake itself was meant to be 110-115 however we got my son's age added to the cake in fondit that added 20$, this item came as a cardboard cutout-not what I was expecting at all! We ordered the first layer of the two story cake in the second picture. The lady said it would be $130 including the number 6 on the top that was meant to be done in fondant. The first picture is what we got from Lucy’s. The green buttercream was very sloppy and wrong green. The fondant used to make the ‘creeper’s’ face is so sloppy too. Just look at the picture. Does not look like it was done by a professional. They said that it was that much money because of the fondant they needed to use for the square. But they didn’t add any of the other squares around the cake to make it ‘pixelated

Cake was good, the only issue I had was the cake that I order had pearls in the flowers of the bottom tier, and the one I got had small pink pears or beads which they were hard too see.
I did order with more than two weeks in advance and the lady from the shop said I guess they run out of the ivory pears.
Another thing I did sigh a contract, were I can't make any changes to the cake after a period of time, but they never said they can make a change to cake, humm something to think about when signing.
I'm attaching a picture of the cake I ordered and the one I got.
Overall the cake tasted good

I've been buying cakes/cupcakes from Lucy's for years! Last night I stopped on the way home and purchased 6 cupcakes. They were horrible. Buttercream was spoiled or something? I took them back this morning and they wouldn't refund me because I didn't have a paper receipt. I showed them the statement that I paid them on my banking app. So instead of arguing, they gave me 6 new "fresh" cupcakes. SAME RESULTS. I won't be going back ever again. So gross!!

Horrible customer service, They make a mistake on your order and they don't even make it right. Asking to bring the cake back, it's covid no one should be taking back food that has left there store then offering $20 store credit since half the cake was right? Just sorry business practice, don't waste your time or money!! If I could give them no stars I would.

I want to spread the word out to everybody not to business with Lucys Cake Shop. I ordered a cake for my wife's b day with chocolate on the inside and they gave me vanilla. I went today to get my $ back and they offered me half store credit or to redo the cake if I took the whole cake back . I had guests and we have 80% of the cake how am I suppose to take it back. I said that her b day just passed and I don't want another cake. The owner told me "we all make mistakes." I guess that's how they do business. They didn't do right by me and I want to let the people know

If I could give a lower rating I would. My family and I have been ordering cakes from both Lucy Locations for years. I ordered my husbands birthday cake a week in advance, I originally spoke with this location through Instagram, I sent pictures and we were clear about color, size, price amount. When I went in person to order the cake they were unaware of who I spoke with so I provided the messages between myself and the cake shop. This place I use to recommend, I don't know where the heck they think they are so good to be going so high on prices! I ordered 24 cupcakes filled with strawberry for $60. Then I thought to myself wait did I just order cupcakes without anything cute. So I called back to see if they can place them in a box and create a number 3 with them. I just want to thank Lucy's for making my husband's Marine Corps retirement cake and my daughter's Hamilton themed Birthday cake extra special. They really listened to how I wanted each cake to be designed and the flavors were great. I will definitely recommend them. Lucy's never fails when it comes to cakes. They have been around for as long as I can remember. I have bought many baby shower and birthday cakes from them. The cakes are always soft, fluffy and tasty. The prices aren't outrageous either. I haven't had the first person tell that they didn't like the cakes from here
This time I decided to try their cake balls with Bavarian filling. Yum! Definitely worth the calories.
The staff is always friendly and you can order via phone.
