I picked this place because I found Dr.Welch through ambetter, as I'm signing up for a physical I was never told they dont do physicals for first time visits and was still given one anyway when it was time to pay they said I didn't have to because of my insurance months later I got bills from them( 1st physical and unauthorized missed appointments)and labcrop. While trying to get things right they rude saying pay or we'll mess your credit up and I only went there for physical and got multiple bills. It sucks the experience ended sour but Dr.Welch was a good doctor just shady business practices

Wait time is ALWAYS ridiculous. I always wait at least 30 min in the wait room and then another 30-45 min in the examination room (which has always been fine because I usually just take a nap while I wait). Today I have waited over an HOUR AND A HALF just in the wait room alone! Who knows how long they will leaving sitting in the exam room. If she was going to be busy until after 12, then why did they schedule me for 10:30am!!!

You make the appointment, pay what they say you owe prior to the appointment, show up for your appointment, and then they tell you you owe more. The Dr. refuses to see you even though her staff admits they erred. While I'm there they tell another patient...oh, you owe a balance. Really? Where do these payments come from? I can't. Lost a patient. Horrible.
