Testosterone is a hormone found in both men and women, but the level in women is minimal. Low testosterone is usually associated with men after the age of 50, but in reality it can occur at any age, even in teenagers and young adults. As of 2010, over 13 million men are thought to have low testosterone, but most don't even know it.
Intown Primary Care takes pride in creating a non-judgmental, safe, and welcoming environment that serves individuals who identify themselves as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender. We provide access to quality health care and understand the elevated physical and mental health risks such as suicide, HIV, cancer, and other chronic diseases.
We specialize in providing quality care to those who are experiencing all stages of HIV. Did you know the CDC estimates that roughly 3.7 million new cases of Chlamydia are diagnosed every year? Did you know that while there is a cure for Syphilis, it can lead to serious health issues and even death if left untreated? For Intown Primary Care, confidentiality is one of our top priorities.

DONT GO HERE! I have tried to give this place chance after chance for the past few years , but it never gets better. After waiting 2 hours, I still never saw the doctor… I will never go back. The excuse from them was that the other doctors called out with Covid, but they could have called to let us know that and reschedule instead of wasting our day away!!

Dr. Parry has been nothing but courteous, professional and nice to us. How many doctors personally respond to you in a timely manner that Dr. Parry does? I have never had one to do so.
Dr. Parry is always cheerful and has a wonderful rapport with us and genuinely cares about us as I am sure that he does with all his patients.
We trust Dr. Parry.
Note: As a professor for many years, you just can't please some students.

I hadn't been here in two years and I was extremely disappointed with my appointment and I will not return.
The person at the front desk was barely wearing her mask. My mask ripped and they didn't have a single mask on site to give to me. They suggested that I remain there unmasked. The person that saw me, Caleb, kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell him what was going on with me. He practically laughed at my leg issues. My blood pressure is very high and received inadequate care for that; he said he was going to up my prescription of Lisinopril hctz to 40/25 only to find out on my own

This doctors office is official they are efficient and effective and polite. The environment is hip and brings a level of comfort to patients Who like myself enjoy art and beauty and futuristic vibes. I started using Dr Perry a few years ago and I am happy with my results.
2022 is here and people need to go get their yearly physical. I recommend you use in town primary care if you’re in the city of Atlanta. Best, Cam

My first visit started of well, however my appointment was made with the understanding it was with Dr. Parry. Unfortunately I saw a NP who was sadly lacking in empathy, ensuring my concerns were heard without judgement and sarcasm. Caleb went out of his way to provide condescending advice. Such as " you might think of changing your career, if you're so stressed" "I always take time for myself" "Get therapy". I had heard so many positive opinions about this practice, but Caleb did not reflect them. I will never ever go to any practice again and ask for help. I felt so ashamed, I didn't even pick

I have been a long time patient of this practice, and Gina is AMAZING. She always takes care of my needs and is a wonderful NP. However. I have literally been trying to make an appt for weeks. I have left voicemails consistently, and no one will call me back. I made an appt in August by GOING TO THE OFFICE IN PERSON bc no one would ever answer the phone or return my voice mails. Then, I ended up not being able to make the appt, but because I literally cannot ever get someone on the phone, I couldn’t change it. Imagine my surprise when I got a $50 missed appt bill!!! I have been trying to call

I've been a patient for over five years and travel extensively for work. Dr. Parry and his staff go out of their way to provide excellent care, accommodate my scheduling needs and respond quickly to me when I need them.
Recently, I was on a long business trip and needed something rather last minute to meet a deadline for my work benefits program. Dr. Parry personally handled it very quickly and saved me from missing a deadline.
I sent him the following message, "Sorry to need something quick but sure do appreciate you. I could not ask for better care and customer service. You are awesome!"

If you’re either a new patient or existing, please think twice about establishing your medical needs with Dr. Scott Parry.
First, I have had (3) physicians tell me that Dr. Parry had prescribed me an overdose amount of a narcotic with lifelong damaging affects over a span of 3+ years.
In addition, he will charge for events that are not legit. He has absolutely no integrity.
Lastly, his new medical staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I can guarantee you that your experience won’t be positive to say the least.

Absolutely disgusted in the practice nowadays after being a patient for almost a decade. Dr Gina is amazing still.... the front of the house and whole practice has gone downhill fast since only having the Cheshire Bridge Practice. Rude front of house office these days ... always on hold forever and when you speak to them, they are unhelpful..or lie!!!! I also get billed every year for late payments on visits that I paid a copay for and then wasn't billed for something that they then charged me a late fee on. Latest foul.... I went this week and they attempted to charge me for a copay

Closings and not refilling medication timely was rampant during Covid but this last time 2021 I called for a prescription refill and left a message, called again and I was told to message through the portal, I messaged and dr Parry with my labs and he didn't respond to me. It's been two weeks.
I messaged 4 other times. No response. I called today and they said I have to come in. Won't float me any thyroid medicine and the next apt isn't until the 17th which means I would be 4 weeks without thyroid medicine. Havoc to my body. This is mind blowing that they won't help me

So I have no idea what's happened to this location in the last year but it has just been the WORST experience. The new front desk staff is horrible. Super rude and unhelpful. Every time I call I'm placed on a hold for no less than 10, the longest being 25 minutes. The biggest thing is that refilling prescriptions has become such a hassle. I've been coming here for 5plus years but it just isn't worth the trouble anymore. Already found a new doctor. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nurses are amazing, and the one guy front desk staffer but that&apos

I go here for HRT testosterone replacement therapy and getting my prescription filled is impossible. I've called several days and no one EVER picks up the phone. I actually had to drive there and when I asked why no one was picking up the phone, the lady at the front desk refused to answer my question. She was very rude and short with me. I'm going to call tomorrow to get my prescription filled and if no one picks up the phone, I'll find a different place.

I was very excited when I first started here. I was told they were a good trans-friendly doctor and the first doctor I had there seemed to really listen and care. It felt like such a relief. But over time, a few things happened. I started getting cycled between 3 different doctors, so I felt like there was less continuity between visits and there were definitely fewer personal questions that indicated they knew my particular situation. Second, the visits started feeling rushed. They were asking me fewer questions and brushing off my concerns, and I started to feel like I was in line for fast food

It would be so helpful if the staff returned phone calls. I've experienced this multiple times in the past few years when trying to get prescription refills, when I've had questions about my physical and when I've been billed again for something I've already paid.
Place is clean, staff is friendly and I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes but they could tighten up on their customer service.

I used to be a patient here, years ago, and with insurance changes had to switch. I recently switched back here because my other favorite practice is no longer in my insurance network. One of the main reason that I chose to go to this practice is because they will write my regular ADHD medicine, something that a lot of primary care practices won't do. Albeit, they require a drug test every three months, which I don't mind. Also, they don't do refills on my Ambien so I have to call to get it refilled every month which is a pain.
Their patient portals are excellent and they have both

I called ahead of time to verify that they took our insurance. I was told they did. I just arrived at the office and I was told they do not. So my entire morning has been completely wasted. Our insurance is BCBS so I'm pretty shocked. I was told the first visit would now be $160 and future visits would be $70. The front desk person seemed pretty nonplussed by my surprise and disappointment. The doctors may be great, but I'll never find out. If I could give the front desk staff a ZERO I would. Please get your staff together.

Dr. Perry came in and saw that I had filled my scripts two weeks too early, which HIS practice called in for me. He was rude RIGHT off the bat and accused me of "doubling up" (his words) on my meds. Before I could even explain to him why this happened, he told me that this was illegal and to VERBATIM "in the future, be a good person."
I would pay a million dollars to have it recorded to play back.
After I was completely cornered, dumbfounded and embarrassed (his medical assistant was in the room also) he did not even give me a chance to speak. In a very definitive tone,

They made a mistake reading test results. I caught it.
"Oh, don't worry, we can run the test again and you won't have to pay for it". Thanks - that's so generous.
When I pointed out they read the test results wrong and I started the wrong treatment "oh, it's OK, that's not that strong of a medicine"
If you want a cold reception, wrong results and/or the wrong medicine, Dr. Scott Parry is awesome for you.

I recently attempted to visit the Intown Primary Care location on Cheshire Bridge. I say ATTEMPTED to visit because I was asked to pay $140 to get to see the doctor. I have lived in Atlanta since August, so I decided it would be good to have a primary care doctor here. I read some positive reviews of Dr. Olliff, who I found through my insurance's website as an in-network provider.
As I was filling out new patient paperwork, the receptionist called me up to tell me that my card requires referrals. I told her this is only when I'm in the city for my university and that I'm a student
