SLQuotes.com is an online logistics management platform that launched in 2018. Since then we have been helping users get instant freight quotes, book shipments, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries with our partner carriers. We are currently working with select SEKO Logistics stations to provide our in-house carrier support system.

Worst shipping ever. They’ve had my package for a week and their tracking site blatantly provides false information that they have left me a message. They generally don’t answer the phone, when they do they mostly hang up. The phone number on the tracking site goes to San Diego and they don’t know anything more than the useless tracking site. When I did get through to a person in Miami, and not hanged up on, I was informed the scheduler was not in the office. How does a logistics company’s delivery capability hinge on one person with the schedule? I wouldn’t use this company if I needed

Robert Ulino is THE WORST person you will ever try to do business with. He is devoid of any customer service skills and is verifiably incompetent. He told me to use UPS or Fedex to ship over 30 pieces of equipment weighing around 3000lbs. Would give less than one star if possible. His communication is slow and mostly unresponsive. Do not waste your time on this guy!

If there was a way to give this company half a star, that would be too kind. I ordered a bunkie board for my bedroom over three weeks ago. I watched the tracking to make sure I would be home for delivery. The day it was suppose to arrive I was home all day, awaiting the shipment. Nothing came. I contacted their service representatives and they informed me they 'lost the package' but offered to replace it.
Another two weeks go by, the package still never arrived at my door.
