Sam is the man! Thorough inspection of our tank, cleaned filter, added additional bacteria for sludge breakdown. Also he was very careful with the handling of his unit and there was no invasion of our lawn. Pulled 1000 gallons and we waved good bye to the honey truck.

Don't waste your time! Absolute joke, I spent 3 weeks trying to schedule service and each time I would be told service on X day. The day would come and no one would show up, no call. So I called back each time asking why no one showed up and they would act like I had never called, they had never heard of me and had no record of scheduled service! Do yourself a favor and pass this place by!

Major septic issue. John came out and assessed the problem on Friday (the day we called), and got us temporarily fixed for the weekend. He and Phillip came this morning (Monday) at 8:00 am, and worked hard… for 2 and 1/2 hours and rectified the situation. The final charge was actually $30 less than his estimate. They were thorough and professional, and we signed on for a service agreement because of the confidence we have in their work. A pleasure to deal with.
