TCS Event Rentals made the switch in February to ReliaSys. We have been very pleased at their level of service. Their response time has been unmatched in the IT world. We have not encountered anything their team cannot fix or if it's something they don't handle they have been able to point us in the right direction. I've been working with ReliaSys Technologies over the past few weeks, discussing some practical and proactive solutions for disaster recovery, data backup, system monitoring, etc. Mike and his guys are very helpful and knowledgeable so I plan to keep working with them into the near future. A friend referred me to them, but I would recommend any small businesses in the Graham, Burlington, Piedmont NC areas check them out if they need IT support/help. They can at least steer you in the right direction for what you might need.
