I had a significant problem with Outlook on both my desktop and laptop. Darius, and others at IT Guys, gave it their full attention on at least two separate consultations. In fairly short order, they isolated the problem (my VPN), and, thus, solved a problem that others in the area were not able to do! They are great to work with...patient, and VERY skilled. They're the best I've found in the area....highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with the service we receive at our offices. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers and their use outside of simple programs, but Darius always answers my calls and never makes me feel like I'm completely ignorant. He takes his time, explains exactly what I need to do, walks me thru and even will write cheat notes on any new programs he introduces to me.

Darius over the last few months has been extremely helpful and went out of his way in order to help me with my workstation. I have to deal with technical issues on a regular basis due to the work I do, and every single time I have felt very relaxed and putting my computer in the right hands. Darius makes the entire process seamless. I don't know much about computers, but he was able to take less than 15 seconds to diagnose my problem. He explained exactly what I needed to fix the issues, provided the links to the products (which I actually tried to find better pricing and I couldn't), installed all the hardware that was needed and now my computer works better than ever. If you are looking for someone to be the solution for your personal or business IT problems, I can't recommend anyone but Darius.
