I was skeptical- I've never had to replace a screen on any of my devices but at the price Apple was charging me to do a screen replacement, I figured I would give this a try. SO glad I did. Rick was very communicative and honest. He gave me a ring and answered all of my questions. We set up a time and place to meet. He even arrived before me (gotta love punctuality). Super easy to schedule online, which is helpful when you have two young children running around underfoot! I bought a new battery for iPhone 7 on Amazon and decided against installing it myself. I called this company and was informed by a recording to please use text and then it hung up. Upon texting that I was seeking an install or new iPhone 7 batter that I already have, I was directed to a website based price sheet which informed me the battery and installation was $55. I texted that I already HAVE a brand new battery and want install only. Was informed they do not help with that service... you make the call. I now know where not to go.

I Called IPhone Technicians in a pinch I dropped my phone in the toilet and I watched a YouTube video telling me to to put the phone in rice for 48 hours in a sealed bag I did and the phone worked but rice got in my SIM card disk I called and the technician came promptly and was friendly and very knowledgeable he made my day by fixing my phone I will definitely do business with the again and again

Two weeks, half a dozen shop visits, phone call and emails. I finally have my phone back... But just as broken as when I brought it in. At least the refund process in store wasn't too bad!
I brought my phone in because it wouldn't turn on after running out of battery. One week later they let me know it's ready to collect, so I got to collect it and they say they replaced the battery.
I try the phone in the shop and it won't turn on. They tell me it just needs charging. I get home and try to charge the phone and it won't charge!
So I head back to the shop again and they say leave it with us come

Rick is a consummate professional, referred by my boss and I've spread the love by referring others to him. He has replaced two phone screens for my husband. The first time, I thought the phone might be beyond repair, but Rick met me at work downtown and fixed it on my lunch break with his impressive skills. I initially texted them to get my camera fixed. They told me they wouldn't get stock in till Wednesday so I said "ok let do Wednesday then." They said "alright how about the afternoon". I said "I said that's perfect I'm off work at 4:30". Never got a reply to that. I texted and called that Wednesday never got anything back. Waited till that next Monday. I called roughly 5 times no one answered I texted about 4 times with no response. Also I messaged them on Facebook with no response. Never got anything back at any point. What's the point in having

The service I received from Rick was incredible. He took my call 7:30pm on a Friday and he still was able to fit me in on a moment notice. He came to my house within 30mins and fixed my screen and home button in 20mins right in the back of his car. I had concerns about being safe due to the virus, he wore a mask, gloves and sanitized before and after. I can't recommend this business enough, not only is it convenient not having to leave the house, he was super professional with a confirmation text and Eta that allowed me to see his location so I could meet him outside upon his arrival. I looked all over the area for a phone repair company with reasonable rates. Most places were $85 plus, but iPhone Technicians came in with a much better price. Plus they could have come to me, or I meet them at a mutually agreed location! Rick let me know when he would be there and got the job done in a timely manner! Best of all, they warranty their work for at least 30 days. Do yourself a favor and book iPhone Technicians for all of your phone repairs!
