That depends on the type of repair. For a basic phone screen or battery, it can be 30 minutes to an hour, while more specific phone repairs can take up to 3 hours. The charging cable broke off in the charging port of my iPad. The people at the Folsom store were extremely polite and helpful. They tried to initially clear the port out, but because I had damaged it so much it required a new port to be installed. I was previously having issues with the battery life and they suggested I replace that as well. Two days later just as they promised I had the iPad back with no loss of data and working like it did when I bought it. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an electronic device repaired.

These guys are great, especially Alika! I brought in a unique electronic device that I use in my airplane. Although the problem was a standard repair to the charging port, I was expecting some resistance as it was not a phone or a game console. Nope, Alika looked it over, noticed some issues with the existing port configuration and suggested improvements! Later that night, he texted me with the news that my device had been repaired! I had been battling the issues with this device for two years, thinking that any repair attempt would render it unusable, but Alika proved that I had been foolish

I dropped my iphone 11, the screen broke, camera broke, and something happened to the power . I took my phone in , and they did the repairs, but the power off kept the phone for staying on. They credited my old phone, all the work they had done, to the purchase of a new phone. I’m very stratified, with their work and honestly. They transferred my information into the new phone, which is way better than some Verizon stores.
I know I use this company to help me in the future.

Wow! My boyfriend needed his phone repaired ASAP and was able to get it done here hassle free. It only took an hour and the gentleman at the front was extremely efficient. You can tell he knew exactly what he was doing. By the time we picked up his phone, it was 6:56 (they close at 7) and yet the guy was sweet enough to help him with a case and screen protector. Amazing customer service here and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for being there for us when it really matters! Highly recommend this place.

AMAZING WORK!!
This place is absolutely amazing, super friendly and incredibly professional. I took my broken ps4 in for a fix. The hdmi port was broken. I had taken to a couple other places before and none of them were able to fix it. But iparts and phone repairs fixed it! It only took them a couple days as well.
I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent and affordable. This summer my business macbook air laptop took a swim.
I called around to 8 different businesses who said they either couldn't get my data, would charge hundreds of dollars, or it would take 2 weeks to get in.
iParts and Phone Repairs were able to see me immediately and get all of my data at an affordable price. This was such a relief since I had to purchase a new laptop. I would highly recommend them!

I had a DJI Mavic Pro with a damaged gimbal. The drop off process was simple and the communication was great, they utilize a text system to send updates. In short order the drone was fixed for the quoted price. The folks on the phone and at the shop were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fix their drone or gadget.

Rather than spending a lot of money on a new iPhone, we had a battery installed by iParts. We got the phone back and the battery was great, but a couple of keys on the touch screen weren't registering. We weren't sure if it was related to the battery issue so we took it back. iParts fixed it quickly and there was no charge. Great service. Great value. Great people. Got an issue with your phone? Look no further. And if you live far away, it is worth the drive.

Broke my phone needed a replacement quick but couldn’t afford to buy a brand new iPhone so I went here to get one they had a variety of iPhones and prices from $110-$1000 and I was able to find one. Quick, easy, professional and the phone I got came with a charger as well. Kurt is super helpful and professional.

I took my wife's iphone in. It was frozen, and I couldn't get it to operate or close. I thought I tried all the recommended fixes without success.
Apparently, it was an easy fix. The tech pro showed me how to restore it, cleaned it and didn't charge me a dime.
Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant people at this business. I'll tell all my friends and relatives to patronize, and I'll go back (when I have a more serious issue!)

Would give zero stars if I could, but this shop does not stand behind their work or listen to their customers. I recently had them put a new screen on an iPad. Last night my daughter was using the iPad while sitting next to me, and suddenly a section of the screen suddenly cracked, scaring her. You'll notice from the picture that the cracks cover a large area, span out from the middle of the screen (not an edge from an impaction) and have no specific impact point that the crack radiate from. I immediately called the store and was initially told that they provide no follow up service on cracks

Replaced iPhone 8 microphone. Apple said it was unrepairable - NOT!
These folks answered the phone, gave me a price and did the repair first thing in the morning in less than an hour. The area lost power from PG&E and they did the repair by flashlight! Great people. Phone is like new. $80 total with 100 day warranty.
Sure beats buying a new one!
