Tom Foster oversees all Electrical engineering projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer with NCEES and the states of Arizona, California, Nevada & New Mexico. Tom has over forty (40) years of engineering experience.

The D, formerly Fitzgerald's, on Fremont Street, Las Vegas, NV. PDA Provided electrical engineering services for various upgrades of the property designed by Gensler. The projects included the Longbar, exterior escalator and moving wall signage, interior lighting, main kitchen remodel, elevator lobbies and corridors, room renovations, D Grill, American Coney Island, and Joe Vicari's Andiamo Italian Steakhouse.
25 million gallons per day water treatment plant for the Palmdale Water District in Palmdale, California. This plant provides treated water from the California Aqueduct. Electrical construction administration during Phase-1 (12MGD), including pipelines to 6 million gallons of storage. Responsible for electrical and mechanical engineering for expansion to current capacity of 25MGD.
The engineering services for this project were to design/build modifications to the 12.47kV base distribution systems including the addition of switches and sectionalizers, and relocation and addition of several transformers. It required coordination with the base Commander and Nevada Energy. The engineering for this project was to design/build a new Building 3948 including the addition of a service transformer to serve the building.
