David has over 34 years of engineering consulting experience, with 23 years of land development in Southern Nevada. He has managed commercial, industrial and residential projects. David is the Principal for the commercial and industrial department at ACTUS. David is responsible for the entitlements, site design, construction documents, design specifications, project cost estimates, permitting and construction administration for his projects.

I’m utterly disgusted with this company! Not for services provided but for their barbaric behavior while recklessly driving on the freeway. Around 5:45am today a black Dodge Ram was tailgating me (while I’m driving the speed limit) on the 15 merging onto the 215 until they finally went around me and flipped me off! Seriously?! What a horrible reflection of this business!
