Service within just a few hours of my phone call… and on a Saturday! That’s really tough to find with other companies. Pricing was affordable and fair. The technician explained everything really well and seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for air conditioning repairs!

Daniel, the technician called and said he was on the way, arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which was great. Asked several questions to narrow down the cause of the problem. Took care of the problem while answering my questions. Explained how the mini split system works. Went over what I will need to look out for and what maintenance I can do to keep the system operating at peak efficiency. Set me up with followup visits. I would highly recommend this company and I am scheduling them to install 2 units in the basement.

Daniel was great when he came to do my Spring maintenance. He was so helpful to make recommendations for a safety switch and installed it the same day. He also discussed options for future repairs if I continue to have Freon leakage. My mom had to be at the house for me and he was so great he contacted me on my cell to explain and approve any thing before he did and the cost. I’m so glad I have Rye maintaining my unit now.
