Provides a good value, very clean, great owner, very friendly and provides great information on things to do. Only negative was an uncomfortable bed.

Stayed here before and the woman owns this place doesn't like us. I'm pregnant, we kept the place clean and abided by her rules. She is prejudiced to people who just need a few mintues to themselves.

We enjoyed our stay in room 2. Room was small with no fridge or microwave but this wasn't a problem to us. Shower has a water-saving nozzle so more like a mist than a spray. Queen bed was a little squeaky. A/C worked great. Teresa was nice and we enjoyed meeting her. Room was very clean, large closet, large shower, two bedside tables, one chair. Coffee maker in room.

Cute, clean, room had coffee maker (so important), fridge and microwave. Family owned. They also own the restaurant next door.

My family and I loved this little lodge!! The rooms have a charming log cabin feel and they are really clean!! The owner of the lodge was really helpful and kind. We left our credit card there by accident and she mailed it to us the same day!! Definitelt stay at this lodge!

Last minute reservations and they had a wonderful room available. Thank you so much for your hospitality and GREAT food on site! Highly recommend this lodge!

My husband and I love coming here!!! We stay here almost every weekend and always enjoy the hospitality given by Ms. Theresa! If you want a quaint place in Poncha, this is most definitely the one for you!

Cozy relaxing atmosphere. Management is very accommodating and will make you feel like family. The courtyard has patio tables, a grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Rooms are very clean. This is an ideal mountain lodge.

Beautiful setting, welcoming courtyard and fire pit, delicious food, couldn't have had a better stay! Owner Teresa Dunlap is the best!

Yes!! Stay here!! We are on Harley's just riding thru. Decided to stay 2 nights instead of one. Rooms are clean. There is a hot tub out back along with a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating, propane heaters along with a water feature. Also there is a BBQ restaurant, breakfast restaurant, and ice cream joint RIGHT NEXT DOOR!

Motorcycle group stayed at this 60's style roadside motor court on the return trip home from Sturgis on August 9th. Nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a killer BBQ joint not 100 feet from our rooms. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

What a find! Such a cute and eclectic lodge along the highway. A hidden treasure for travelers, an oasis to rest and relax. The courtyard has a hot tub, flower garden, comfy chairs, views, and a fire pit to enjoy the evenings and mornings. The rooms are cozy and comfy. A win!!

Perfect place for me. The 'charming courtyard' is meditative and peaceful. Quiet. Everyone has been friendly, helpful.

You can tell the place was built with love, very clean and comfortable. Courtyard in back with hot tub was very nice. Management was very involved and helpful. No regrets staying here.

Once we got our room it smelled like vomit. The linens and everything in the room must have been 30 years old and it didn't smell like the rooms When we first showed up to check in with my uncles who are visiting from out of town, they messed up our reservation and only gave us one room. The reservations are kept on piece of paper written on by hand with all sorts of notes written everywhere. In other words they were very disorganized.

Small motel - maybe 15-20 rooms of varying configuration. Clean, well-kept grounds and room. Friendly staff.

I stayed overnight on Tues 20May2014. When I arrived, the office was locked and the staff member was out back with visitors - didn't bother me.

I rented Room 4- approx 10' x 16' room with a comfy queen bed, wall mounted ~24" flatscreen TV and cable, free wifi, mirror on wall, small coffee maker, a desk-style chair, small closet and small bathroom with shower (no fan).
