If you are recovering from an injury or have not worked out in a while, Pilates Reformer will return you to health quickly. You will strengthen internally while aligning your body to function correctly. I will always be guiding you for the full hour through movement towards your particular needs.

If you are a dancer or cheerleader, golfer, soccer player, tennis pro and have done Pilates before, try all the apparatus' used by Joseph Pilates in a classical manner: Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector, Foot Corrector, and Toe Corrector.If you are in chronic pain, fatique, and anxiety, practicing Pilates & Yoga is a great start towards relief of these imbalances.

I have chosen to keep a comfortable home studio so that it is not intimidating like some busy health clubs can be for some. I can also easily accommodate all hours and changes to assist with my clients' schedule. I am now scheduling for Chesterton, IN classes as well. You may make your own classes with friends, or affordable personal training without breaking the bank.
Here is a little information about my professional and personal background. Feel free to inquire about any of my credentials and life philosophy I've adopted and want to share with you and others. I am the proud mother of two athletic sons, a firm believer in practicing daily what I teach and the healthy lifestyle and philosophy they entail.

The term denotes a variety of schools, practices and goals n Hinduism, the best-known being Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. The term yoga is derived from the literal meaning of "yoking together" a span of horses or oxen but came to be applied to the "yoking" of mind and body.

Christine is amazing! Her workouts are always enjoyable because there’s plenty of variety and it’s never boring. Christine challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. I was looking for a workout to help me strengthen more core and help alleviate back pain, so finding Christine was a blessing! She offers so much more than pilates and yoga workouts, she gives custom care for body, mind, and soul! I spent almost a year with Christine before she moved and I look forward to seeing her again for retreats! No matter what I walked into my session feeling like, Christine had just what I needed...a challenge, modification for any physical ailments, or to calm and quiet my mind...I left every session feeling restored!

Christine is not only an excellent Pilates Instructor, but she is very knowledgeable in therapeutic body work. She is so kind and compassionate and helped me manage life with various autoimmune issues as well as teaching me about Pilates. I love and appreciate her so much and miss her greatly.

Very unreliable. Canceled class with no notice. I arrived 10 min before class, rang the bell several times, and had to call the business phone and find out that she unexpectedly decided to cancel.

I've been working with Christine for several months now and am thrilled. She has made working out enjoyable - I even look forward to attending her classes! And working out with her either alone or in class is judgment free.
My strength is increasing and I notice a significant difference in the way I feel. My posture is better and I move with more confidence. Before this, I didn't really believe I had stomach muscles, and now I can feel them!
