We had a great experience with Dream Design. Appreciated the attention to detail Sima paid to our needs and budget. The installation went smoothly with no delays. I'm going to give a very generous 4 stars, because I didn't end up going with Sima and don't think it's fair to tank someone's Yelp score in that situation. But I thought my experience might be very useful to others considering this company.
We found Sima through a flyer in the mail and based on the yelp reviews plus the discount on the flyer, we thought we'd bring her to our house to get a quote.
Everything was fine until Sima had taken her measurements, showed us the product, and gave us her quote. She then started pushing very hard to close the deal on the spot

From sales to installation Dream Design company has been a pleasure to work with. Our sales person came to our house and spent time explaining the products and giving us her advice about what product would work the best in our home. After installation we did have a problem with one of our and it was immediately fixed. Great customer service

Sima helped us select window coverings for our family room/kitchen area. She went through the different options of blinds, roller shades, and curtains and helped us find the perfect solution for our privacy/sun issues while keeping the design in mind. She helped us select fabric that worked perfectly with our interior design, and made the process easy and thoughtful. Pricing wise, she was very reasonable in price for custom drapes and automatic roller shades. Highly recommend!

Sima is a great sales person. Unfortunately we are so unhappy and disappointed with out roller shades
They are paper thin. It is difficult when you see a 4x4 piece of material vs the entire window.
My husband has been sleeping in another room, she mentioned at night they would be darker and even mounted the sample on the wall vs the window and said that they would look like that at night. These glow in the dark, everything outside is dark at night and these GLOW!
So sad!
And not cheap, just saw the same ones at Home Depot 800 dlls cheaper then here.
We even paid to tint the windows that did not

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with Sima. She is a true designer and understands what looks and works best for each room. Her installation guys were extremely polite and professional. As far as cost is concerned, her rates are extremely competitive. I compared the same quote with budget blinds and decided to go with her. Not only for price but because of her design background and honest feedback.

This is now my go-to window covering company. Sima came out to give us an estimate that I found very reasonable. She was professional, cordial and just a delight to do business with. After a wonderful discussion of what would look best we settled on a product and scheduled the installation. She was able to install earlier than we initially thought, then she worked with the installers to make sure the schedule worked for us. On the day of the work the installers arrived on time, got the job done quickly and professionally cleaned up very well and were on their way. We have been thoroughly enjoying

We called Sima to inquire about window coverings for our new home and she instantly captured my heart with her professionalism, care and knowledge. Sima was absolutely fantastic! We bought a house in La Jolla that required new shutter and blind installations. She came quickly, provided us with many wonderful options and helped us choose the right design for our new home!
