Cottage #3 was very dirty. Floors and bathroom had not been cleaned. Bed sheets appeared to be clean, but the rest of the bed linens were filthy. Main downtown parking garage is located directly across the street and is very noisy when the bars close. Voices and car noise is amplified in the garage as people leave the area. There is only one kids bike. Otherwise, the location is good and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

There is not a spot the is closer to the the Pier within as good as price range as this one. Delia and Shirley are super accommodating and are very easy to work with. They have five different cottages, a studio, a three-bedroom upstairs unit, and three little two-bedroom cottages that stand alone. They are all in the the exact same area, just around the corner from each other. My wife and I stayed in the studio for our third anniversary and it was small, but it was perfect for us two. We did not see a reason to stay in some super fancy, super expensive place, because we weren't planning on
