My sisters and I stayed at a Beachview Realty property for a weekend getaway in Newport Beach. We were so pleased with the accommodations. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of hot water and plenty of space.
We played dominoes on the balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach. Bike rides and walks were daily, and the sunsets, of course, beautiful.
I picked up the keys, etc. and the office staff were very busy but that didn't stop them from being very helpful and courteous. I asked for a Chinese restaurant recommendation, and they provided three (3). Pick up and drop off was easy

We booked 301 N Bay Front #A on Balboa Island. Great price but after a week there, you couldn't pay me to go back. Dirty carpet, single pane windows, one window was broken and completely missing and taped up with duck tape. They give you "starter rolls" of toilet paper...are you kidding me? The throw over the sofa was filthy and the carpet was filthy! The noise was horrible coming from the people walking around and the airplanes that take off at 7am. No slow cooker, no paper towels, no napkins, no coffee, no supplies. Charge more but keep the place up to standards that would

Had an amazing stay. Staff was professional and responsive with all the questions I had prior to booking our rental. The property was just as described/ viewed online and extremely clean upon arrival including linens. Appreciative of their attention to detail here given the times. We will definitely be renting a property again from Beachview next year given our great experience!

The house was perfect for our family stay. Plenty of space to spread out and give each family their own bathroom. We loved the location…walking distance to coffee and breakfast and of course the beach! House was furnished with all the cleaning start ups needed to easily keep the house organized during our stay. I highly recommend!

We recently stayed at one of these vacations rentals. While it was very close to the beach and very clean.. there were underlying issues that made the stay absolutely horrible. We didn't have hot water the first morning we got there. It took them until midday to get someone out to turn it on. When we got hot water, it just lasted 2 showers. While these issues are obviously frustrating, the customer service we received while trying to resolve them made it even worse. They were slow in response and questioned the truthfulness of our experience.

The management company is not good. The house was ok. 34th Street in Newport Beach. There was a power outage one night, and there were no flashlights nor candles in the house. Items that were broken (the lighter on the BBQ) were not fixed despite requests.
Additionally, check in time is 3:00 pm and you cannot go directly to the property. Need to stop at the office, along with everyone else who's checking in to any property. If you arrive at 2:50 you will be told to wait outside until 3:00....so silly.
There is a damage waiver of $120 which is non refundable and a cleaning fee of $275

My family and I had a wonderful time staying 9 days on the Bay side with a gorgeous view of the harbor. Our only issue was a burned out lightbulb that we couldn't reach, which was replaced within hours of our notification. This was our first rental with Beachview but certainly not our last.

Allowed me to rent a house and took full payment from me only to cancel my reservation twenty days before my trip stating my rental agreement had "never been approved." When I asked them why they didn't tell me this sooner they said they had "the wrong contact information" even though it was correctly listed on the agreement AND I had been in contact with them several times about other issues. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

If you like being taken advantage of as an owner, this is the company for you. They charged $271 for 2 $30 Rokus and a WiFi extender you can purchase for $25. They charged over $250 for a set of dishes ($50 at target for a set of 8). They made dozens of these purchases without approval. Their contract says they cannot spend over $500 in repairs without approval--I have more than a few that they never asked on. They accessed our private, locked closets, without permission, to use as storage. They charged $1600 in expenses for ONE month.

Everyone at Beachview Realty was great! The beach property I rented was exactly as described. The location was even better than expected and the process was easy!
The unit was very clean. The neighbors were terrific, friendly, generous and helpful.
I'll be coming back next year and dealing with the same efficient Beachview staff.

We've used Beachview Realty for the last couple of years and have always loved it. They are friendly, check-in and check-out are super easy, if anything is wrong you just send an email and they typically fix it or come check within 2 hours. We will always recommend staying with Beachview and can't wait to go back!

My family and I decided to rent a beach house in Newport for Christmas that was pet friendly, so we could bring our dog We stayed from 12/23-12/27 and it was awesome!
The property itself was super cute, very spacious and literally steps from the Newport dog beach. There were some minor stains on the carpet (I mean, pet friendly property, what can you do?) but nothing that was bothersome.
With my personality, I had a lot of questions and things to go over with Beachview when we arrived, and I ended up sending several emails
