Dr. Theresa Carissimi worked as a certified nurse's aide for a while before realizing that she wanted to shift into a career where she could help more people.

chiropractic adjustments...I was in pain with my shoulder and back pains and Dr.Carissimi took her time very professionally evaluating and explaining my condition. I felt better after my 2nd treatment that included muscle relaxer, acupuncture and adjustment treatments.
The staff is professional, flexible and friendly. I was new to this office, but Mirana and Melissa made me feel welcomed and comfortable even at the most busy times.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. They have the most amazing staff and drs that work here. Everyone is so professional, caring and genuine. They take their time with you and you are treated like family when you come here. I recommend this place all the time because they are everything you could ask for in a chiropractic office and more!

I hurt my back in the military and have had chronic back problems for over 10 years. I went Dr. Theresa Carissimi (who I now call the magician) and what she has done for my back has been life changing. I never even have back pains anymore. Words cant express what her and her amazing staff have done for me, practically saved my life! Highly recommended!!!!!!

When I walked through the doors for my first visit with Dr. Theresa Carissimi at Spinal Health, I was wowed. I was greeted by the lady behind the reception desk with a beautiful welcoming smile. I looked around briefly and looked back at her... I felt like I had just walked into a Spa, the feeling of Welcome and relaxation overwhelmed me. I couldn't believe this was a Drs. office. This place is has been a terrific find for the family. When you walk in for chiropractic you go directly into therapy. They have therapy rooms with several TENs therapy stations, a rolling table and 2 hydrotherapy tables. Now that you have been dosed with quality relaxation, you get the adjustment. The office also offers acupuncture and massage to complete their holistic approach to therapy.
The office is organized, well appointed (Soothing, deep tones throughout. Aromatherapy. Relaxing sounds.), and relaxing. The staff is professional and efficient. Hubby has been going here for a few months

I do not live in South Florida so my insurance back home wasn't going to cover a treatment here. I paid out of pocket using a groupon ($26) but was informed a visit similar to what I had today would be $45, which isn't so bad. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, the doctor was running a little late and was still in and out rather quickly for being a first time patient (about an hour and half total). Very knowledgeable staff and I will return when I spend most of my summer vacation in south Florida.

With the SPA like atmosphere it is a place of tranquility and healing. No better care or expertise in any other office! You will leave feeling like the healing hands of love were on you. Dr Amy is so very knowledgeable in so many ways, NOT just your back, but your entire body. Weight loss, addiction, your migraines, and sincere help with all your physical questions and issues.

I just absolutely love this place! I feel so welcomed and happy when I come here. I was seeing Dr. Amy and Dr. Teresa for quite some time for my neck back in 2014/15 and then stopped due to moving away and changing insurances. And I just didn't want to go anywhere else after leaving them! Now I have moved back to the area and just went back in last week to see everyone and it was like seeing family all over again, Dr Amy took excellent care of me and began therapy to assist me with my tailbone as well. I suffered from migraines since I was in 3rd grade. Every time I went to a doctor, I was told it was hereditary...there was not much I could do...and then I was given a ton of pills. 10 years ago, I had a mountain biking accident that aggravated my migraines to such a degree, I could barely function. At my wits end, I went to dr.amy after a friend insisted. I was skeptical of chiropractors and even more so of acupuncture, massage, etc. I walked in with a migraine that, at that point, had hit a record breaking (for me) duration of 3 weeks. I walked out ...miraculously, thankfully, unbelievably.

They put on a strong front and lead you to believe that they actually care about your well-being. They really don't, all they really want to do is over charge the insurance so that they may be able to get as much money as possible. It is because of clinics like these, that the insurance prices are sky high.
