Very nice home! We had an amazing time. We came for thanksgiving, everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could think of. Comfortably fit our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Check in and Check out was a breeze. Would definitely love to come stay again some time.

The units that we have booked at Water Street Inn in Boyne City through Northern Michigan Escapes have been excellent accommodations. We have stayed with them three times in the last two years and have already booked our 2022 trip. The price is better when booking directly through them versus vendors such as Vrbo and Airbnb because there are no additional fees. I have booked both online and by phone, and I have never had any problems with my reservations. The desk attendants are always very personable and helpful before and during our stay. This management company has been very responsive to us as owners of a unit at the North Shore Inn, Traverse City. Providing onsite management with Scott, we feel very confident that our unit is looked after and we appreciate the communication when needing services or repairs. Recent renovations to our entire building has enhanced the overall look in what has to be the most beautiful beach area of East Bay. We are very happy to have Northern Escape as the management company for our home away from home for us and our guests.

Living hours from the cottage can be a bit stressful but knowing they are around to manage day-to-day needs with or without renters present has been a great experience.

My family and I have come up to northern Michigan for many summers. We have stayed at some wonderful properties (Timber Ridge being our favorite) and worked with some of the nicest property managers up north. I cannot say enough about how unprofessional and rude the staff was at northern Michigan escapes. We were scheduled to come up to Michigan in July of 2020. Given Covid travel warnings and my mother-in-laws health (who passed right before our scheduled trip), we decided to cancel the trip weeks in advance.

We had a great stay in January 2020 at Harbor Cove in Harbor Springs. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent. We were provided with all the details we needed and my questions about the specific unit were answered quickly prior to our arrival.
We stayed in unit #14. This was a great condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially liked the keyless enty and the games and puzzles in the condo. The location was close to the ski hills and close to the quaint town of Harbor Springs.
