The worst service ever. They are so disrespectful and don’t even do a good job. They are so lazy and just sit around and talk to each other. you’re better off not even getting your car cleaned here. One of the workers claims he’s a manager but doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. Will definitely never be coming back here. I hope the owner figures out what kind of employees he has.

I went in for a 15.00 car wash. White glove broke my radio. No one will answer the telephone a d there is no way to email for a call back or to leave a message. So if they destroy hundreds of dollars of your property, you are out of luck. That's not good customer service

I haven't even seen the inside of my truck yet and I'm already not happy. I'm not easily bothered but I've been here for close to an hour and a half and the guys cleaning my truck just stopped in the middle of cleaning my truck to have their lunch... 30 minutes later and I haven't said anything yet but I hope they aren't expecting a tip. I'm not arguing that they don't have a right to take time and eat, but in the middle of cleaning someone's truck? I only go to this location because of my T-Mobile Tuesday offer. The plan I used was the top exterior wash and I can use it once a day. I've used it three times. My car was clean but there were areas around the bumper there was still dirty. There are plenty of staff to wipe down the cars. I will be canceling the plan when the trial is up because it's too expensive and I don't need to wash my car even every other day.😉

I paid for a deluxe wash, which was supposed to include a thorough vacuuming and wipe down of the dash and tires with armor all. The vacuuming was done so poorly; they didn't even lift up the floor mats or vacuum the back of our SUV. And they didn't do the armor all at all....I could have done a better job myself; complete waste of $30. I will not go back.

I have gone here several times. I have a dog and like to have my car vacuumed out well from time to time. I always get the $37 package. The guy at the front is always friendly enough and says that's what people with dogs get. For the price they do a fine job. I will say that the guys who actually clean your car are never nice. This week the man who cleaned my car was particularly rude. When I went to get the keys he would barely hand them to me, he was shaking his head and saying oh my god under his breath and making eyes at the guy next to him who was laughing. Completely not appropriate

As a treat after a long day, I purchased the express wash for $15. They were supposed to vacuum the car but when I went to retrieve it, very little vacuuming had been done. I waited 15 minutes for job to be completed, so I got what I paid for. I was looking forward to a nice clean interior. It's no fun to get your car washed and have to complain to get it right. I won't be back, easier to do it myself.

I have never had a problem. I really like how they clean in and out my toyota sienna white pearl. I went this week and they were short staff so, I only had the basic. I will tell you my matts were really wet and muddy, but not bad the inside and out cleaning. I normally get the Ultimate. And I am very picky so not bad job.

I went for a full wash yesterday and will not go back, i had been there before and had stopped because they don't do a good job wiping and cleaning out the car. I finally decided after about 4 years to try again, it is worse. I paid for the $25 wash which should have vacuum, tire shine , dashboard and windows ect. I watched my truck come out and the guy take about 20 seconds to go around the truck then signal me it's done, when i opened the doors i was disgusted, they didn't touch the inside of my truck, mats, dash, not even door jams were wiped, also paid for tire shine which

I was out of town on business in Exton and thought I'd get my car detailed before I drove back to the Midwest. Although the express wax and interior cleaning took almost an hour and a half. They cleaned all the compartments inside. Moved and replaced my personal belongings. (ie. coins, hand sanitizer, pens, etc.) Or so I thought. But the truck looked good and I tipped the employee.
A few days later, when I drove the 12 hours back home to the Midwest and arrived at home at 1am, I realized my garage door opener was missing. My garage door opener is

I had a gift certificate from last Christmas I had to use so we dropped off my car. When I got it back home the headlights and hood still had dirt on it. No big deal I can clean that when I set up a heater in my garage to finish the job. The console was still dirty with dust and make up from lipstick but I can clean that myself. Then I will turn the car around and back it in and vacuum out the back of the Jeep that still has sand in from the summer. I will lug my heavy vacuum cleaner out as far as I can reach and finish that job. Otherwise it was okay. I guess you get what you pay for. 89.00 grand
