Went specifically for the vacuum and spot cleaner. Vacuum hose was broken and the shampoo and spot cleaner didn't work at all! But it took my money!

This is horribly maintained. No soap, foam, and half the other options aren’t working. I paid for a wash, picked up the handle and no nozzle was attached. No notice was placed whatsoever on the bay being unusable so I was essentially scammed out of a car wash. Don’t waste your money on the negligence going on here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place ever…. Trash everywhere in the lot. No place to hang and clean car mats. Stole my money, did not shampoo my carpet. Could not vacuum sand or pet hair. Vacuum smelled like vomit. Paid for highest level car wash, did not dry my car, no shine or wax, wheels still dirty, and left dirt and spots all over my car. Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a car wash in a long time.

My go to the touchless drive through is great and plenty of vacuums and extra spaces to dry off and do a quick wipe down.

I used my debit card to pay the self wash for convenience mostly. Charged me $10 for “4” minutes only. Really. Then, I inserted a $10 bill and gave me 13 mins. I was shocked. What a Ripoff.
Ok. I get it. Minimum maybe is $10 with Debit card. Sure. That’s fine. BUT AT LEAST GIVE MY FULL 13 mins.

I love this car wash so much!! its the best one that is closest to my house. I went there about 2 weeks ago and i did not realize the automatic car wash was broken so my card got charged. I called the owners and they refunded me my money and gave me a free wash for the inconvenience. awesome service. The car wash is really good.

Cleans the car. I got the best wash ($15) on the gental touch lane. Didnt do the best job. Went back the next day for my wifes car and gental touch lane was closed because it was broke.

Pulled right in, was moderately busy, but had no wait for the wash tunnel or self wash bays.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could, I brought my new car to get it washed the same day I purchased it. I go through the gentle touch and come out with my pain chipped on the front bumper, both quarter panels and doors. I contacted the owner and I got the run around and then no response at all. So very disappointed and now my car looks terrible.

On initial looks it seemed to have all the equipment & accessories to be able to do a thorough cleaning & decent detailing job. However, the initial perception turned south almost immediately! In order to utilize the facility as with nearly all self-service car wash/car care facilities, you're required to use coins or paper bills. Not a single change machine was working! Since I was only trying to clean up a rental car, I did not intend to spend a significant amount of time on the car, so I was a bit perturbed by the lack of a working change machine needless to say. My experience tonight with the new owner was nothing short of stellar and excellent customer service.

When experiencing issues over a weekend a few months back, I called and left messages at both "emergency" numbers listed and got zero response, even once normal business hours resumed.on Monday.

Went to wash the salt off 2 of our cars tonight (a Sunday) and the soft touch wash bay stopped working twice. Frustrated and expecting no help, I called the NEWLY POSTED emergency

Great car wash. Very well taken care. Affordable price to get premium car wash done in 12 bucks. Well maintained car wash open 24 hours in Coatesville and Downingtown.
