HUGE thank you to: Luis, Chelsea, Keyon, Crissia, Mayra and Jesus for all the work they completed at my home! I experienced water damage from a neighboring unit whose water heater leaked and spread into my home. I called Bravo and they sent someone from their crew to my home within an hour or two to prep and start treatment for the water damage. As a fairly new homeowner whose never dealt with this type of situation before I cannot begin to stress how helpful Keyon and Chelsea were with helping answer my questions and boy did I have a lot! Bravo Restoration was amazing to work with from start to finish. Both Chelsea H. And Aly H. Went above and beyond any expectations. they where helpful, attentive and efficient. I had some hangups with my insurance company and both Chelsea and Aly worked extra hard and diligently to resolve the issue and bc of that I'm forever grateful to them both. Once we got the all clear to have the cleanup completely we received excellent work from everyone at Bravo including Maura, Dana, Jesus and Crissia. Bravo Restoration comes highly recommended by me and my family.

We were referred to Bravo Construction by our insurance company as a "trusted partner" to complete a repair to our house after a car rolled into it and damaged an outside wall. After stringing me along for 4 months and sending 4 different company representatives to my home for inspections and estimates, they recently reached out to say our project was out of their "scope" and they won't complete the repair. Seems that my one wall repair isn't a big enough job for them. Super shady company, do not recommend.

Insurance recommended Bravo Restoration after a wind storm and I was pleased with their services. I hired them when materials were hard to come by and expensive and they stayed on schedule or notified me promptly of small delays.
One of their Construction Specialists, Izzy, was a fine craftsman in every task he took on that was listed for repair. Great worker with exceptional skills.
Another plus: The Bravo staff worked directly with insurance and subcontractors for the repairs, which is invaluable.

I had just moved into our home and 2 weeks later discovered a leak and mold problem stemming from our bathroom. I am 8 months pregnant and I was totally devastated that this was happening. Despite this completely stressful situation, Chelsea, Mayra, Luis and the team helped get the mold out of my home and connected me with contractors and plumbers to try and help me get everything back together before baby arrives. They have been absolutely kind and accommodating, very responsive to my calls and emails, and went above and beyond to make me feel supported. Thank you all so much!

My sewer line broke and the team came over to put up new drywall, install new hardwoods, paint and re-install my washer/dryer. They were fantastic! Great communication, on time, very respectful, quick and really good quality work. Fernando did an exceptional job and Jake (who managed much of the communication, etc.) answered every question I had and did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on the process. And they went above and beyond to help get everything back in place. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The company dispatched Rafael Linder and his colleague who arrived on time. They made a careful assessment of the house and roof to determine the probable cause of the leak. Rafael used a reciprocating saw and skillfully removed a 5-foot section of sheetrock and plywood that exposed the piping responsible for the leak. They came well

Bravo did so much to help with restoring my bathroom. They took care of asbestos and mold removal very promptly and professionally. Izzy did a wonderful job repairing all areas of my house affected by the mold removal. He especially did a great job with the venetian plastering. We had a leek in our new house fire system. Linder and Salvador came to repair the sheet rock. They put down plastic and paper on the hardwood floor to keep the area clean and did the demo part in a couple hours. We're going through the drying out stage now. So far a great job from very polite workers

We contacted Bravo Restoration to come out and give us an estimate for the cost of restoring our house from smoke penetration after the fires last October in Sonoma County. They indicated there would be a fee of $165 for coming out, which we agreed to. They came right out and gave us an estimate. After we got our insurance company's estimate back and found out they would not cover several parts of the work that Bravo Restoration had recommended we do, I called and asked Bravo to do everything approved by the insurance company. They got back to me and said it was "all or nothing"

Bravo helped us out when a windy rainstorm peeled part of our flat roof back on a house we had just bought. Our insurance recommended them (USAA). They came out ASAP to glue down and tarp the roof for a quick temporarily fix, and left fans and a dehumidifier to help dry out the interior where the water had dripped through. We had to call them back several times because the roof was still leaking, or the tarp/sandbags were coming loose, but they were always quick to come out within the hour of calling (even at late hours!) to try and resolve the issue.
