The Board of Trustees is comprised of seven members of the Imperial House Community, who have each been Unit Owners themselves for many years. Phil Wisoff has been a unit owner at the Imperial House since 2017. He had a 40-year career as a technology management consultant and an IT support manager to large corporations and firms.

The management at the Imperial House is Excellent! Ediza and Dan are so efficient, genuine and caring. Their positive attitude sets the pace for the entire staff. Frank the head of maintenance has been terrific, SO HELPFUL.
This is by far the BEST RUN BUILDING I have ever lived in. They are always attentive, and kind.

This is a lovely place to live or visit. Clean elevators and friendly staff. Lovely apartments with breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets, the Atlantic Ocean, the Takanasee Lake and the beautiful surrounding area. The Imperial House is elegant and refined. It has been an excellent choice for many residents since it's introduction.
