Coming from Manhattan, we looked far and wide for a beach home and are so happy to have discovered One Ocean Boulevard. We love that we can wake up and watch the sun rise over the ocean with a cup of coffee on our apartment terrace, and then be steps from the beach for a morning run or swim. We couldn't be happier at One Ocean Boulevard!
We grew up spending many summers in Seaside and now with our purchase, have come full circle. Everyone has been so accommodating and take such pride in the building and property. We look forward to many more summers filled with wonderful memories. It was important to us that the apartment itself had clean lines and a wide-open floor plan, and was clearly built with a focus on achieving the highest quality.

We grew up here. Our kids grew up here. Our vision was to create a stunning visual and architectural ode to a town that has rich historical roots as a year-round family-friendly community.
