Almost 20 years ago, IPAK started in a garage with a table saw, two people with a vision and a customer willing to give them a chance. They took that opportunity, received an order on a Friday and delivered parts that following Monday because that's what the customer needed to have happen. We have been doing the same thing ever since.
We can customize packaging for any size container (tote, bulk bin, rack) using 3D SolidWorks modeling. From industry standard to custom materials, we can help you decide what best suits your needs. Most widely accepted & cost effective packaging foam for both Class A & Non-Class A applications. When a certain part orientation or capture point is required to either protect your part or simply provide the best ease of access for your operators, foam trays and inserts are a great alternative to standard cell packs or thermoformed trays. Because we waterjet cut our foam, there is very little tooling associated with this type of packaging and changes during design or post production are easy to implement, both of which will save you money.
