Rhody Transportation and Warehousing was founded in 1977 by third generation trucking industry brothers Ken and Steve Harrall originally from Cranston, RI. The name Rhody is the nickname for the smallest state in the Union and selecting that moniker was fortuitous since indeed big things come in small packages!
At Rhody Transportation and Warehousing, we are proud to offer full container load services throughout New England via the ports and rail facilities of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Our team of experienced drivers and operations staff work hard in navigating the ongoing challenges of servicing these ports to deliver satisfaction to our customers.
We offer less than full container and less than full truck load services in a regional circumference of Rhode Island and points in and around Boston and the South Shore. LCL and LTL shipments offer the customer the ability to ship only what they need, at a lower cost.

With 14 dock doors and one ground level dock door, Rhody Transportation and Warehousing can accommodate the activity of our New England (NE) warehousing customers while managing our customer transportation activities as well. We offer 125,000 square feet of heated, commercial food grade warehouse with both pallet racking and bulk floor storage options available.
