Services
American Aqua offers a variety of water softeners, drinking water systems, filters, and well water treatment to fit your water quality, home, and budget. We were fortunate to have Jason of American Aqua delivered our salt today and very happy to see him, he has delivered to us before and is a delightful young man.
You may be eligible for a Trade-in Credit when you upgrade your Carbon Filter or other Whole House Filtration System. If you have any questions, fill out the form to let us know about your current water treatment equipment. A service technician will come out, inspect your water treatment system, and inform you on the amount of your Trade-in Credit as well as information on our latest money-saving technologies.
Signup for American Aqua Salt or Bottled Water Delivery Service and your salt or bottled water will be delivered right to your door or even directly into your softener. We will deliver salt for ANY make or model water softener or conditioner. If you have your own bottled water cooler, we can still deliver you delicious American Aqua Bottled Water.
American Aqua offers a variety of whole home water systems that ensure sparkling drinking glasses, clear shower glass, soft skin and hair, and lots of suds in your bubble bath (of course now you'll have time to be IN the tub, instead of scrubbing the tub). Chlorine is a nasty but necessary chemical used to disinfect municipal water supplies.
Our wifi-enabled softeners are the highest efficiency models on the market, using 50% less salt and water compared to most systems. They save 15-20 gallons of water per regeneration cycle all while providing softened water to every room in your home. Hard water is water that is high in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and carbonate.

Called them to schedule an estimate for anew system. Unfortunately the hours I has available to meet them over the next two weeks didn't "fit their schedule"...they must be very lucky to have so much business.

Customer service is lacking. Every time we've had a question no ones ever available with am answer! So, they take a message and guess what, no one ever calls or emails you back! Their winter filtration systems are great, but customer service could use improvement!

Bought a house last summer that had been serviced by these guys for years. Softening unit went out over the winter. They got someone out to do an inspection and unfortunately the old unit had to go (It was almost 20 years old) but they found a new unit that fit my needs and gave me an all-encompassing quote (delivery, install, etc) in a super professional manner. Delivery/installation was today and those guys were first-class as well. Couldnt be happier.

They're pretty good, but most salt reservoirs can hold five bags of salt. Sometimes they only bring two. When you call them, they say that's all that was available. My water is Hard and my Softener uses up a LOT of Salt.

Wow. I just had my first water softener installed in my first house. These guys were amazing. When I first called I mentioned my dad suggested them and I gave his name. The woman on the phone answered with a happy "Oh yeah! We know him!" I could hear the smile in her voice.

When they arrived to give a quote I had missed a sale by a few days. Even though I wasn't even buying that day they extended the sale for me. I was amazed.

When they arrived, it kept impressing me further. First thing, I have an old stairwell in an old farm house so steep and narrow that I nicknamed
