Cell Phone Repair TX

So my friend went there for a repair and one of the guys was hitting on her and she said he was asking her to come to the back and what he said Netflix and chill. What kind of business is this. Unacceptable. Just because your store is located on Harry Hines don’t mean you can act like that.

Customer service was great. Suraj was a huge help all around. AND this was the BEST price I could find. Highly recommend and satisfied

I dropped my phone 3 days ago and i needed to get it fixed. after searching online, i came to yelp and read a lot of reviews for different businesses.

i noticed this one had 90+ reviews & they were all positive,so i decided to try my luck. i'm so glad i did, he told me it would be ready in 40 minutes. it was more like 30-35 and they were super friendly as well.

Called and got a quote. They offered a better price than other phone repair shops. Hong replaced my front and back screens in less than 2 hours and also put a screen protector on. I'm very pleased with the final result. Looks brand spanking new. Was in pretty bad shape before. Cases were only 10$ and Michael Jackson music was playing throughout the store! Pretty cool place. Will come again if I need more repairs.

From the moment I walked in and left Suraj was amazing very nice, cool dude and was very helpful. I walked in to get my phone fix , because I got water damage so the screen pretty much was dead. They got it Fixed and they also fixed my charging port also for a extra 20 bucks (much needed). The price was great and well worth it. Feels like I have a new phone again. He did an absolutely amazing job with my phone. Other people had quoted me $200 plus. They fixed my screen wonderfully made sure that the phone looked basically like new. Also had amazing prices on cases and screen screen protectors. They install the screen protector for free. Very happy!

These guys retrieved some very sentimental photos off of a broken screened phone for me!! Everyone else wanted $320 to replace screen!! They got all my photos and videos transferred to my new phone! Saved me $240 bucks! You guys are life savers! Thanks for the hook up Hong!

Front and Back were both broken, it looked so hideous,
So I had to find a legit place that would not rip me off
and fix my phone to make it NEW again!
Hong was super nice, he actually remembered talking on the phone with me
before I came by, and pointed it out when I entered.
He seemed like a genuine person, and made my phone into a NEW one for $158 (for front and back).

I would come back to this place again for Hong! Seems like a good guy and does the job.

These guys are awesome! The were significantly cheaper than most stores I spoke with, the service people were nice and helpful, and most importantly they stood by their quote both on time and price! I went in for a screen repair and got back a phone that was cleaner than I left it and worked great. Will gladly send other people here for their phone and tablet repairs!

Crazy considerate! Had the best intentions, warned me about risk of repair talked to me about how he could help me if anything did happen, also was willing to try and fix my phone again after the problem started happening again.

My Samsung Galaxy 5 was acting buggy--would reboot itself when playing-back MP3s, and lost its ability to calculate cache. Demonstrated this to techs and they suggested a complete wipe of the device's memory then a fresh install of the OS.

That did the trick and for a lot fewer $$$ than buying another phone. Great job.

I was so impressed by this company! They answered all my questions quickly, repaired my phone I dropped in the toilet and offered a reasonable price for repair. They are definitely a Top Notch Company that I would return to.

These guys are great, I went in to see if they could unlock an iPhone that I wanted to go to another carrier. They just popped in at different SIM card and said the phones not locked a local cell phone place wanted eighty dollars just to look at it. Had a perfectly functioning iPhone XS Max with a small crack in the screen, got a screen replacement here and now my screen goes unresponsive all the time. I have to constantly lock and try to swipe up to get into my phone, but the screen freezes & does nothing. My flash light randomly turns on and the screen doesn't allow me to turn it off. Not sure if it's a cheap piece of glass or something wasn't put back together correctly but lesson learned, I will pay a little more and go to Apple next time.

My XR was dropped on the road and ran over by a car, this shop replaced a screen for me in 40min! Now it works!! Amazing!!!

I had seen great reviews for this repair shop and with it being close by, I made some time around lunch to get my phone fixed. It's a little hard to find, as it's not right on Harry Hines, but in a little "ally" way with parking in front of several stores on each side. It's only a few hundred feet north of the Royal Lane intersection.

$70 for an iPhone 8 screen repair. He did an excellent job and thoroughly examined my phone to make sure everything else was in good condition. This is my new go-to!

Arrived pretty much as they were opening the door....just after 10. Was told it would cost $89.99 and take about 30 minutes. I was offered a screen protector as well. It actually took about 10-15 mins total. Rapid speed service (I was the only customer in the store) and phone looks like new. Exceptional price and awesome customer service. Very satisfied!! Service also comes with a 30 day warranty.

This is the greatest hidden secret for any cell phone owner. I found them because of Yelp reviews, but didn't end up making a visit until a friend personally recommended them. I couldn't be any happier I found them. Today was my second visit and my screen was in pretty bad condition - shattered and the images/graphics were distorted. Since my Verizon upgrade isn't until November and I've used up all my insurance claims, I was REALLY hoping CPR TX could save the day. For $89 I walked out with a brand new screen on my phone and a pleasant customer service experience.

Once again these guys saved the day. Between now and my last review in 2013, I've been saved the agony of purchasing a new phone like every month!
