Couldn’t have had a better experience here. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, more courteous, or more thoughtful. I needed a cracked phone screen repaired and not only was VLG the lowest and most reasonable price out of the multiple places I called, but they got it fixed for me the same day (it only took 45 minutes!!!) and did a WONDERFUL job with the repair. The screen looks like it was never cracked! I’ve been to other phone repair places and by far I got MUCH better service here. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! Can’t say enough great things about VLG!!!

My boyfriend was in a time crunch and needed his phone fixed before our flight. They helped us right away and fixed the phone within an hour. Phone screen looks better than the original one! I also got a screen protector that they put on for me and it has no bubbles and is a thick glass. Would highly recommend!

I've broken my phone screen probably a dozen times in my life and this is by FAR the best repair experience I've ever had. Super friendly and professional staff and they gave me great discounts on a case that I bought along with the repair. The price of the repair was also cheaper than anywhere else I've been, but the quality is just as good -- if not better! Referring any of my future friends here. 11/10

I cracked my XS Max screen decided I wanted to fix it instead of just getting a new phone. I had some problems with the new screen that I assume were a manufacturer defect, took the phone in and they were happy to fix it free of charge. Everything seems good now! Great people and they honor their warranty.
