Services
24 hours a day - 7 days a week assistance and care provided by trained care partners who meet all training requirements by the Department of Health and Human Services. Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, personal grooming, ambulation assistance and feeding. Clients requiring wheel chairs or walkers Some services may be covered by insurance or Medicare.

Joyful Assisted Living Home was an answer to prayer before the need! Knowing my parents would need care, I've prayed for years for the right fit at the right time. When Dad fell and needed full-time help, the nursing home was simply not appropriate. Then we found Joyful! The entire team is exceptional, really seeking to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents through a variety of personal and group activities. We've had to move my mom to several places until we found Joyful Home. The name is very fitting. The ladies there genuinely care for the residents. Louis is constantly sending pictures where she fixes my moms hair or make up. Pictures where my mom has a huge smile on her face.
After moms stroke she couldn't feed herself or go to the bathroom by herself. Now she feeds herself (and loves the food) and has gained back a lot of abilities that she lost after her stroke. The people here are awesome, the houses are nice and well kept. I highly recommend Joyful Home.

I just wanted to share what a blessing it is to have such an amazing staff working with our dad. Two years ago he had a stroke and is on a feeding tube. Because of this and working full-time, we needed to find a place that could care for him. We tried several different residential care homes in Garland, and Rockwall but found these homes to be unacceptable. We actually had our doubts we would be able to find a home that treated him like family. This home in Wylie, TX has exceeded our expectation in the way they treat their residents. The staff is compassionate, caring, and treats our dad like family

I would highly recommend this place for my grandfather. Its always hard to trust a good place to care for a loved one, and my grandpa isn't the easiest person to please but he loves Louise. She has such a big caring personality, just a natural care taker and will spend time talking to him everyday. They keep us updated on everything and go above and beyond to help out all of their clients. Such a better option than the traditional old folks home.

My husband and I are staying at Joyful Assisted Living while freeze leak damage is being repaired at our apartment nearby. We are blessed to be here: it's peaceful, clean, the food is always good, and the staff members are friendly.and caring. We would gladly come here again for a long or short stay.

My sister is currently a resident at Joyful Assisted Living as of March 2020. Our family finally has peace-of-mind knowing she is getting the best care out there in assisted living. We have toured and experienced many facilities and group homes and this is by far the most caring, capable team.
